The real problem in making new blogs is how will you promote them. Some websites will promise you getting a thousand hits a day but of course that is not free.
For me it's just okay if you will pay them but I want something in return like this website I saw a while ago it is a free directory submission site and website looks promising and got a lot to offer and the best thing about it is it's FREE.
